What exactly does healing mean when referring to a piercing?
I just got an eyebrow piercing and the piercer kept talking about how it would take 2 months for it to heal. What does that mean? I know this may sound stupid. I know what healing means when referring to an injury but not this.

well for now its still delicate it’s like it’s still a punctured wound. it will HEAL when it’s fine and is like it’s been there forever just like when a scratch is healing
