like in Jesus The Book or Illuminata: A Return to Prayer: real honest prayer is the instant access to God. Filled with love and devotion what we ask for comes true. thank you for this book even calling the obvious “the secret”. but instant healing is the definitely the result.

The Secret of Instant Healing
If you want to heal and have no experience, or if you are already an experienced healer, this is THE book for you!
I must admit that I wouldn’t have bought it if it hadn’t been recommended to me - its title would have put me off.
I landed in the “healing” world by accident under two years ago. Healing has kind of taken over my life (apart from the fact that I still have a normal “day job”). My spend on healing books and courses is easily into four figures now.
If only this had been my first book! It is very readable and easy to understand (no woo woo stuff here), and there’s no padding to waste your valuable time (just the stuff you need to know). Looking at what’s currently available on the market I couldn’t put a value this book, to me it’s priceless. The knowledge and skills that I have obtained from this one small book are much more than my previous two years of study - JUST LIKE THAT!
Now don’t get me wrong, all the courses I’ve been on and the books I’ve read have been good, and I’m glad that I’ve done/read them. But this goes to a much deeper level, is so quick, and is (unbelievably, at the same time) much simpler to do.

The Secret of Instant Healing
After reading halfway through the book I called my grown son into my room where I asked him to sit at the end of my bed…he was so irritated with me he was literally growling because he did not want to be bothered…again [I've tried to teach him to meditate before but he could not stop the thoughts that kept going through his mind]. I told him to relax, close his eyes and just pay attention to the thoughts in his mind for about 5 to 10 seconds, then I told him to mentally ask himself where will my next thought come from? Well, he just sat there so I asked what are you thinking? He said nothing…then he went ah! He experienced pure awareness in less than a minute and he told me he has to do that more often but more importantly he was smiling, totally relaxed no longer growling. I cannot wait to share all the other experiences with him.
Where other modalities tell you to go to non-thinking or no-thing they do not explain how to achieve it or get there Dr. Kinslow does and I love him for it! In just a few seconds on the first try you are there. No-thing = pure awareness. Yes!

The Secret of Instant Healing
This book was a real God-send for me. Being a Matrix Energetics and Yuen Method fan, I was familiar with the framework of this healing system. But Kinslow has a gifted way of presenting it in a humble, simple and concise manner, and perhaps this is where a few folks may miss the point. It’s simply not overcomplicated, and that’s something we’re really not used to. We’re so conditioned to expect such to be something requiring years of studying and perfecting, and certain ingredients to be conveniently left out, so as to keep its “masters” on a pedestal. Not here. The method is both efficient and effective.
It’s just an honest and easy connection with consciousness. Works well when integrated with other modalities, too– massage, Reiki, EFT, ME, QT, etc.

The Secret of Instant Healing is a step-by-step instruction about how to heal physical and emotional pain in minutes….now that sounds like an oxy-moron??? I am not sure it is a step by step plan, maybe the learning process, but not the healing process or it would not be instant!!
Still plan to read the book as I am a believer in instant healing.
