How can I progress the healing of a burst blood vessel in my eyes?
I’ve been sick {coughing, fever, sore throat, congestion} for around 4 days and from the energy I guess of my coughing I burst a blood vessel in my eyes. How can I progress the healing in some way to heal the blood vessel?

Most of the time, the signs of the burst blood vessel clear up without treatment, usually within 10 days. You may be able to prevent recurrences by taking vitamin C, about 200 mg a day, which helps strengthen the walls of little blood vessels, and also by taking grape seed extract or pycnogenol, which contain antioxidant pigments that do the same. That way, heaing should progress faster.
